I just fell from my bed

It is not a good day for me at all. I just fell from my bed. All credit to my dad, he made me sit on the bed alone and himself got was busy with his phone calls. Although I was in the middle of the bed but somehow I jumped out and fell on my back. It was not that painful fall but it hurt a bit though.
